Dotty & Soul follows Ethan Cox, a hot shot entrepreneur who finds himself at the center of a social media firestorm when his problematic Halloween costume gets tweeted out. Desperate to figure out a way forward, Ethan decides to hire Dotty, a 71-year-old African American snack cart vendor, to pose as his company’s figurehead.
