Chris Perez Slated To Speak At Fair Use Filmmaking Event Sponsored By Turkish Ministry of Culture

Chris Perez will be speaking at the “Fair Use in Documentary Cinema: The U.S.A. Example” webinar sponsored by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism on today from 8 to 10 a.m. PST. The event will be moderated by Av. Murat Ocakcan, during which Chris will provide nuanced insight into the fair use doctrine and its application for documentary filmmakers beyond the borders of the United States. The virtual event will be open to the public and conclude with an interactive Q&A session. Simultaneous English to Turkish and Turkish to English translation services will be provided.
