UFVA Welcomes Michael Donaldson to Annual Conference Discussing Fair Use

Partner Michael Donaldson will present at the 69th Annual University Film & Video Association (UFVA) Conference in Washington, D.C. on August 4-8. Mr. Donaldson will speak on the session, “Now that Fair Use Is the New Normal: Your Teaching Tools,” the panel, “Donaldson’s Annual Update,” and the workshop, “The New Normal of Fair Use: Teaching the Industry Standard.” During his presentations, he will address the legal updates pertaining to fair use in film and educate attendees on how to successfully use fair use.

The UFVA is an organization of professors, scholars, film and video makers who come together to study media history, theory and criticism.
