Michael Donaldson Selected as Film Expert for the American Film Showcase Rights Issues, Financing and Distribution

The State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) selected Partner Michael Donaldson to be a Film Expert for the American Film Showcase held in Ukraine from May 16-28, 2015. Mr. Donaldson will present on rights issues, financing and distribution in the U.S., as well as provide a broader historical framework for the making and reception of documentary films.

Funded by the ECA and administered by the University Of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, the American Film Showcase brings American documentaries, feature films and animated shorts to audiences worldwide in hopes of demonstrating the value of film in our society.
