“Invisible Beauty” now playing in theaters!

Congrats to Magnolia Pictures, Bethann Hardison, Lisa Cortés, and the rest of the Invisible Beauty team on the theatrical release of their feature doc—which is now playing in New York!

Invisible Beauty traces the journey of fashion revolutionary Bethann Hardison—a pioneering Black model, modeling agent, and activist.

Co-directed by Hardison herself (alongside Frédéric Tcheng), this intimate documentary depicts the fashion icon reflecting on her own legacy—while shining a light on an untold chapter in the fight for racial diversity.

Currently screening in New York, Invisible Beauty opens in Los Angeles theaters on September 22—followed by a wider national rollout in select cities on September 29.
