Mia Randazzo
Mia Randazzo attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2024 with a concentration in entertainment and media law. While there, she was a member of the Southwestern Law Review and was published in Volume 53 for her article examining potential liability surrounding social media algorithms. Additionally, she interned at Prettybird in business and legal affairs and PBS where she focused on privacy and production legal matters. She also served as a law clerk for Southwestern’s Entertainment and the Arts Legal Clinic.
Before becoming an attorney, Mia earned her undergraduate degree in Film and Television studies from DePaul University. Through this, she participated in all areas of filmmaking, including serving as a mentor for the CHA/DePaul University Youth Partnership, supporting youth in public housing create documentary and narrative films.
Prior to joining the team, Mia worked in the Copyright and Royalties Business and Legal Affairs Department at Universal Music Group. She currently lives in Los Angeles, where she enjoys yoga, trying new restaurants with friends, and checking out live music and comedy shows. Mia is grateful to work in a field where she can advocate for and support creators sharing their voices with the world.
