Kelly M. Johnson
Kelly attended the University of California, Los Angeles and received her bachelor’s degree in Music History. After spending four years working for film composer Lorne Balfe, Kelly attended the London School of Economics and Political Science where she earned her master’s degree in Media and Communications. Emboldened by the changes she wanted to see in the entertainment industry, Kelly headed back to school, this time at the University of San Diego, School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2023.
Kelly currently lives in Los Angeles and is enjoying the renewed opportunity to experience all this vibrant city has to offer. When she’s not binge watching the Great British Baking Show with her demanding cat, Blanche, she enjoys spending time outdoors and perusing her local farmer’s market for dinnertime inspiration. Kelly joined the team at Donaldson Callif Perez as an intern in 2022 and is thrilled to be part of a passionate team invested in the success of independent filmmakers.
