Alex Yousefzadeh Recognized in Realscreen’s Annual “Factual Under 40” List

The firm is pleased to announce that Alex Yousefzadeh was selected for Realscreen’s 2026 “Factual Under 40” list. The annual list, first published in 2023, honors 30 individuals in the non-fiction and unscripted creative space under 40 years of age, celebrating their unique contributions to innovation across the industry.

Alex was recognized for his work across all areas of the firm’s practice, including advising clients through the various stages of corporate structuring, development, financing, production, rights acquisition, clearance, and distribution. Particularly notable is Alex’s niche in the clearance space, where he advises clients including Bungalow Media + Entertainment on projects such as “If These Walls Could Talk” and “Cybersleuths: The Idaho Murders,” as well as Moxie Pictures and its principal documentarian, Rory Kennedy, on projects such as “The Trial of Alec Baldwin” and “Synanon Fix.”
